1. Meal Plan Menus and Notes
The co-op meal plan is back!! If you are on the working meal plan, your
hourly work shift begins next week (Jan. 19).

Please note this change: To avoid the usual “sprint” at the end of the
semester to use up meals, the unused portion of the first half of your
meals will be “erased” after March 6th. This is to help give you two
chances to “catch up”. Please pace your meal usage accordingly. You may
use up to 5 meals per day, by bringing guests, or taking to-go meals.

Meals are served Monday thru Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Vegan
options available daily; gluten-free options available every day this week
also.

*Monday - Mac N Cheese, Salad, Brownies
*Tuesday - Mountain Stew, Salad
(Please consider coming before 11:45 or after 12:20, so that you and we
can watch the presidential inauguration at noon. If necessary, we will
keep the kitchen open until 1:30 on this day.)
*Wednesday - Juanito’s Mexican Casserole, Salad
*Thursday - Borscht, Salad
*Friday - Pizza Bake, Salad

2. Fresh Bread this Sunday!
Our bread bakers are back from break! And new bakers are joining them and
bringing new recipes! Come in Sunday at noon for some hand-kneaded,
freshly baked artisan breads and pastries!

3. Location Change: 100-Mile Radius Potluck
The monthly 100-mile radius potluck has changed location! Please bring
your locally-made dishes (or just bring yourself to get ideas for next
month) to:
The Clear Creek Co-op
Saturday, January 17th, 6 p.m. (Tomorrow!)

4. The Deli is taking orders for wraps!!
Our Wrap Delivery program is again under way! If you have a meeting or
class that meets over lunch, the co-op is available to provide yummy
vegetarian and vegan wraps! Large orders over 5 wraps should be called in
2 business days in advance. Orders placed by 3 p.m. of the previous day
give you greater flexibility in choice of wrap content. Same day orders
are subject to whatever we have already made. Wraps will be delivered
between 11 a.m. and noon. With tax, one wrap costs $3.50. Meal deals
(wrap with chips and drink) are also available. Exact change is helpful.
