1. Meal Plan Menus
Due to Early Semester Break, the meal plan will only
run Monday through Wednesday this week! However,
wraps will be available to all for purchase throughout
the week. Vegan options available each day, gluten
free options indicated with an asterisk.
*Monday - Juanito’s Mexican Casserole and Salad
*Tuesday - Savory Pumpkin Lasagna and Salad
Wednesday - Spicy Vegan Burgers, Pasta Salad and Green Salad

2. “Branding Locally Grown” Panel Discussion
Join the Chamber of Commerce Agribusiness
Committee and our distinguished panel for a
discussion regarding the marketing potential
for locally grown products in our area. Could we
market our own locally grown produce and other
products? Hear what’s already happening in our area
and other parts of the state and nation. We
encourage producers, consumers and vendors alike
to participate in this discussion.

3. Local Eggs are back!
After a long dry spell, we will begin carrying local
farm fresh eggs once again, this time from
Abundant Acres Farm near Williamsburg. Thanks
to Anna Lockhart and any future volunteers for
agreeing to make the weekly trip to pick up the eggs!!
4. Introducing Fabulous Ferments!
Beginning Saturday we will be selling Veggie Kraut,
made with cabbage, kale, onion, garlic, sea weed, dill,
lemon, whey and celtic sea salt. The Veggie Kraut was
made here in our kitchen by local farmers and
fermenting enthusiasts Andy and Bev McDowell, from
Hidden Pond Farm in Centerville.
