Vegan and vegetarian lunches are available Monday
through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Gluten-free options are indicated with an asterisk.

Tuesday-Greek-Style Zucchini Casserole, Salad
*Wednesday-Fajitas and Salad
*Thursday-Pumpkin Chili and Salad
*Friday-Tofu Meatless Loaf, Salad

The Richmond Family Earth Day Celebration is on
Saturday, April 25th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Volunteers are needed again for transport of
materials and to staff the table. Located at Indiana
University East. We’ll be focusing on earth-friendly
spring cleaning products, the environmental benefits
of buying in bulk and of buying locally!
Come help educate the community!
