Here's the menu for the rest of the week.

Tuesday -         Macaroni and Cheese
Wednesday -     Creamy Vegetable Lasagne with Pumpkin Brownies
Thursday -        Curried Chickpea Soup
Friday -             Root Vegetable Cobbler with (TBA) bread

As always, each meal will include a green salad.
