Tastebuds Everywhere Delighted: Menu for Benefit Dinner

How does this sound to YOU?

Tomato Balsamic Bruschetta
Endive Stuffed with Goat Cheese and Walnuts
Chickpea-Artichoke Stew with Rouille
Carmelized Onion and Roasted Red Pepper Tart
Mixed Greens with Red Onions, Nicoise Olives and Oranges
Brown Sugar Pavlovas with Rasperry Compote and Whipped Cream

If this sounds luscious to you, you will want to come to Co-op Benefit
Dinner this Friday at 5:30.  Tickets are $20.  But for $20 you get the
above menu created by personal chef Jen Ferrell and Co-op kitchen manager,
Lucy Beirne.  You will be entertained by Tasha, Ginger, and Ellie on the
tabla (indian drum), accordian, and violin.  You will chat with other
great Clear Creek Co-op supporters.  And best of all,  you will be helping
the Co-op.

Haven't donated to the development fund for new bins yet?  This is your
chance to do it!  Have you already adopted a bin?  Talk to Carrie and
Torin about a reduced donor price for the dinner!  Only 10 tickets left,

And don't forget the second annual Holiday Alternative Bazaar, this
Saturday (December 10), noon-5pm!  Homemade arts and crafts from EC and
Richmond residents, AND gifts from international artisans provided by
SERRV, a fair trade development organization.

You won't want to miss them!  Support the Co-op this weekend and come on
out...you'll be glad you did.
