Co-op Work Day: THIS SATURDAY!
Join us at the Co-op for our quarterly work day this Saturday, anytime
from 8am - 5pm.

The quarterly work day is a time for the Co-op to take inventory and do
important "touch up" projects. You will have a great time supporting your
Co-op through much needed "down and dirty" help.  Along with the
satisfaction of helping the Co-op, you will also receive a coupon for
discount on Co-op products.  There will be plenty for everyone of any
skill level.  Just look...

Inventory: We'll be counting and recording our entire stock beginning at
8am.  If we have plenty of hands this can be a relatively quick task that
can be finished by noon.

Painting: Help paint the outside sills a beautiful green color to break up
the drab beige of the front exterior.

Installing shelves: The final steps to creating our Co-op library! Help
with the physical work of installing the shelves in the dining area.

Smashing things: Oh, yeah.  Get the stress out.  We have some wood palets
and rotting benches that need to be demolished and disposed of.  You know
you want to do it!

General fix-up: Cleaning of lights, some tightening of screws, some
scrubbing.  What's your pleasure?

Data entry: There is plenty of computer work and calculations of inventory
for you more computer/mathmatically-inclined

Herb Garden tending: Help "spruce"  and  "spice" up our front garden area
and window boxes (perhaps you would like to make it an on-going volunteer
project?)
