Hey everyone!

We wanted to let you know that even though it's summer, the Co-op is still
making sandwiches.  Co-managers Carrie and Torin are doning the "kitchen
bandana" and functioning as summer sandwichmakers!  Come by and enjoy the
old classics, as well as some new summer flavors.

Remember these?
Barbeque Tofu, Black Bean Hummus, Green Pita, Happy Hummus Wrap, Spicy
Black Bean Wrap, Superhero Spinach, Tamari Tofu, and the Jailhouse Wrap
(formerly The Martha Stewart).  OH THEY'RE SO GOOD!

And introducing (drumroll please)...The Dancing Sprite, Egghad Eggsalad,
Eggless Salad (vegan alternative), Sicilian, Thai Peanut Tofu, and Spring
Mix Sidekick (first cousin to the Superhero Spinach).

We'll have a couple sandwiches of two or three varieties each day, and
there will always be a vegan option (at least at the beginning of the
day...while supplies last!).  Also, sandwiches that don't get sold after a
couple of days will be dramatically reduced, so for those of you less
picky, you could get a good deal!

And remember our summer hours: Tuesday-Saturday, noon-7pm.  closed Sunday
and Monday.
