Monday - West African Split Pea Soup with Millet
Tuesday - Scandanavian Pita Sandwiches with Green Salad and Chips
Wednesday - Portuguese Kale and White Bean Soup with "Soysage"
Thursday - Roasted Vegetables with Herbs and Tofu; Molasses Bread
Friday - Soup and Salad Bar
