1.  Meal Plan Menu Feb. 5-9
Monday - Eggplant Spinach Curry with Tofu, Basmati Rice
Tuesday - Black Bean, Corn & Quinoa, On a Bed of Young Greens
Wednesday - Sexy Polenta, with white beans and vegetables
Thursday – By Request! Udon Noodles, Veggies and Tofu, Asian Greens
Friday - Down-Home-Day! BBQ Tempeh, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Vegan Coleslaw


2. There are approximately 15 Non-Working Meal Plans still available for
purchase. If you are someone who did not purchase one earlier, because you
heard we weren't selling this type of meal plan, but would still like to
be on the meal plan, please come see us! As you can see from the menu for
next week, Kristina's got a tasty and healthy semester planned! Remember,
splitting a meal plan and/or bringing guests is encouraged!
