Menus for Feb 26-Mar 2 Monday - Macaroni and Cheese (Vegan, too!) and Salad Tuesday - Polenta, Italian Vegetables and Cheeses Wednesday - Not Yo Mama's Baked Beans, Roast Veggie Side Thursday - Dahl, Basmati Rice and Punjabi Greens Friday - Curried Tofu with Peas and Potatoes, Basmati Rice and Raita 2. Come see us at the Wellness Fair, March 1! Come visit the Clear Creek Cooperative Booth at the 2007 Wellness Fair, Thursday, March 1st from noon-4 p.m. The fair will be at the Trueblood Fieldhouse and Wellness Center on the Earlham College campus. Come to taste some yummy banana bread and other free organic goodies! They will go fast, so come early! Also, door prizes from participating organizations will be awarded. Supporting Earlham's wellness model of "Mind, Body, Spirit and Community," exhibitors from Richmond and Wayne County businesses offer services, including screenings for osteoporosis, blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol. Experts provide information in health and wellness including dietetics, dentistry, chiropractic care, alternative therapies and podiatry, as well as relaxing chair massages. Participants may register for door prizes, massages, reflexology sessions, T-shirts, climbing wall passes, and day passes to the Athletics and Wellness Center. 3. More Cheeses from Swissland Cheese Company This week we received another shipment of cheese from Swissland Cheese Company in Berne, IN. Organic cheeses currently in the fridge: Mozzarella, Cheddar, Raw Milk Cheddar, Garlic and Herb, Tomato, Basil and Pine Nut, Feta. 4. A Heads-Up for Organic Produce Lovers Tuesday we will receive another produce shipment from B&B Organics out of South Bend. The order will include broccoli, onions, garlic, green cabbage, baby carrots and plenty of "Naked Juice".
