2. Kitchen Manager Position Open for 2007-2008 Academic Year!
Clear Creek Food Coop is looking for an enthusiastic, creative individual
for the full time position of Cook/Kitchen Manager for the 2007-08
academic year (August-May).  Responsibilities include management and
preparation of the weekday lunches/Meal Plan at the Coop (serving approx.
60-85 persons daily) and responsibility for the Coop kitchen.  Ideal
candidate would have knowledge and experience with vegetarian/vegan and
whole foods cooking.

Application deadline has been extended to April 2nd.

3. Organic Produce coming next week
The following produce items will be arriving next Tuesday:
Braeburn Apples for $0.40/each or $3.50 for a bag of ten
Baby Carrots
Fresh Ginger

4. Clear Creek Co-op at WMUB, Monday, March 26, 6-9 a.m.
Keep your ears open as you're getting ready for work/school on Monday,
March 26! Co-manager Jon and several Co-op Board Members will be staffing
the phones and recording pledges for the March Fund-Drive at NPR station
88.5 WMUB and the co-op should get mentioned several times during those
early morning hours!  They'll be taking homemade peanut butter cookies
with only co-op ingredients and good fair trade coffee.

5. April 28th is EarthDay!
April 28th is Earth Day and the Co-op will be needing volunteers to staff
a booth downtown at the Earth Day Celebration. The event goes from 10 a.m.
to 4 p.m.  If you are willing to spend an hour or more handing out
brochures and snacks from the co-op, answering people's questions and
signing up new co-op members, please call us (983-1547) or send us an
email ASAP to let us know!
