2. Summer ordering schedule

Being on a college campus I sometimes forget that not everyone uses the
same schedule and thinks of "summer" in the same way.  Around here, Finals
Week is coming to a close, and things are winding down as people leave for
the summer.  The Co-op will still be open over the summer, but our hours
will be changing a little.  Our summer hours will be 12 (noon) - 7,
Tue-Sat.  This Sat. and Sun. (May 5 & 6) we'll be open for our regular
winter hours of 12-5, but then starting next week (5/8 - 5/12) our summer
hours will start.

Instead of our usual weekly orders from United Foods and B&B Organics, our
ordering also shrinks a little over the summer months.  We will be placing
an order with our major supplier United and our produce supplier B&B
Organics this Thurs (5/10), but after that we will be placing orders every
other week with United and not at all with B&B Organics to encourage
support for the local agriculture and Farmers Markets
