1.  Richmond Farmer's Market
Remember the Richmond Farmer's Market by Morrisson-Reeves Library begins
Saturday, June 16, from 7-11 am.  And the co-op will be there with a
booth!


2.  June Co-op Sales and our next United Order!
Our next United Order will be sent next Thursday, June 7 and items will be
available for pick-up the following Tuesday, June 12.  For those of you
who love a good deal, there seem to be quite a few interesting sales going
on through United during the month of June. Come in and peruse the June
Sales catalog and benefit from those sales!

Also, we've posted our list of Store Sales for June. Come in and find out
which are your favorite co-op items are on sale!


3.  Summer Saturday Sandwich Sale!
Any Saturday between now and August 18, take advantage of our Summer
Saturday Sandwich Sale and get a wrap, a bag of chips, and a drink for a
reduced price!  A meal deal with a bottle drink (not including Naked
Juices or Kombucha) costs $4.75 on Saturdays only and a meal deal with a
can drink costs $4.50!

Jon brought back the Tandoori Tofu Wrap today, as well as the Greek Wrap,
both of which feature a yummy cucumber yogurt sauce. There are still
several left in the fridge, so if you're looking for a tasty Saturday
lunch, come on by before they're gone!


4.  Summer Volunteers Welcome!
Speaking of the summer, are you looking for a way to chill out in the
middle of the summer heat?  Or maybe you need to commune with whole grains
and Toffuti Cuties. Maybe you have just always wanted to help out the
Co-op.

The summer is a time at the Co-op where things slow down.  But it doesn't
mean we take a total break!  In fact, for Jon and Janelle, it will be a
good time to catch up with some things that were neglected as they learned
the ropes this past semester.

We are looking for some Co-op supporters who could give some time here and
there to help us with daily co-op tasks, and/or to take on special
projects.  We want to capitalize on your particular talents and interests,
as well as get in touch with your dreams and visions for the co-op.

Please come in and talk with us about those interests and dreams, as well
as your summer schedule and how you might be available to help move the
co-op forward through the "slow" summer and into a great new academic
year!
