1.  Our Saturday Hours Are About to Change!
After some re-evaluation of our Saturday Summer customer traffic, and in
an attempt to better receive persons who are in town for the farmer's
market on Saturday mornings, we will be changing our Saturday open hours
(summertime only).  Beginning next week, our open hours will look like
this:
Tuesday through Friday, noon to 7 pm
Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm
Closed Sunday and Monday


2.  The Co-op and the Richmond Farmer's Market
Last week we announced that we would have a booth at the Richmond Farmer's
Market by the Morrisson-Reeves Library, which begins next Saturday, June
16.  Following our board meeting this week, we determined that we would
like to refocus our energies around the farmer's market.  Rather than
staffing a booth, the managers and board members will be attending the
farmer's market and evaluating what our role should be there, whether as a
resource to the local produce growers, as a contributor to the
organization of the event, or other roles still unforeseen.  We welcome
any ideas or suggestions you may have concerning our interaction with the
Richmond community and surrounding agricultural community at this event.


3.  June Sales
Our June Monthly sales are now posted at the co-op and include the
following great discounts:

Bulk Items - Wheat Germ and Save the Forest Granola

Health and Beauty - CitraSolv Cleaner, all Tom's of Maine Deodorant

Grocery - After the Fall Georgia Peach Juice, Annie's Natural dressings,
BBQ sauce and mustards,
Nasoya Tofu, Thai Kitchen rice noodles (Lemongrass and Chili, Garlic and
Veggies), Newman O's, Ginger O's and Hint O Mint

Snacks - Bumble Bars and Luna Bars

Freezer - Boca Garden Veggie and Vegan Burgers and Italian Meatless
Sausages, all Rice Dream Pint Ice Cream, Tofutti Cuties
