1. Eggs are back!
After a several-week hiatus, local, free-range eggs from Persimmon Forge
Farms will return tomorrow, Saturday, December 22nd.  Thanks for hanging
in there with us while the Jones' acquired the necessary wholesale license
to continue selling through the co-op.  Eggs are available at $2.50/dozen.


2. Holiday Hours
Please note our holiday hours, effective through January 6th:

Open
Mon-Fri 12-6 pm
Sat-Sun 12-5 pm

Closed: Dec 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 and January 1.


3. Inventory on Dec 29th: Opportunity to put in some volunteer hours!
Our fourth quarter inventory work day will begin at 11 am on Saturday,
December 29th.

We thank Rae Hunter for supervising the inventory process while we are
away!  If you're looking for an opportunity to volunteer at the co-op,
this is one of the best!

Please consider donating anywhere from one to three hours of your time to
help count and weigh our end-of-year inventory.  And remember, each hour
you work up to three hours, you earn an additional 5% discount on your
purchases for the week (1 hr = 5%, 2 hrs = 10%, 3 hrs = 15%).

Please call Rae at the co-op in the coming days to let her know you plan
to participate.
