Co-op Meal Plan Menus for January 28-February 1

*Mon - Creole Beans and Rice, Salad
*Tues- Tofu-Meatless-Loaf, Roasted Asparagus with Sesame Seeds, Salad
*Wed - Moroccan-Inspired Chickpea Stew, Couscous (Rice-GF), Salad
Thurs - Greek-Style Zucchini Casserole, Salad
*Fri - Veggie Soup, Best Veggie Sandwiches Ever, Salad

Lunch is served from 11:30 am to 1 pm.  All meals include a vegan option.
