1. Meal Plan Menus for April 7-11
Meals are served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.  All
meals come with a vegan option.  Gluten-free options are indicated with an
asterisk (*).

*Monday - Spinach and Bean Casserole, Salad
*Tuesday - Caribbean Sweet Potato Stew, Salad
*Wednesday - Veggie Curry, Rice, Salad
*Thursday - BBQ Tempeh and Peppers, Rice, Salad
*Friday - Mexican Veggie Over Cornbread, Salad


2. Earth Day Celebration on April 26th
The Earth Day Family Celebration will be held on Saturday, April 26th from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the co-op will be present with a booth once again! 
Keep this important event on your calendar!


3. April Sales to be posted this week!
You can expect to see the April Sales lists posted in the co-op in the
coming week!


4. Thanks for the Work Day!
Thanks to Phil and Pearl Miller, Beth Harrick, Anna Lisa Gross and Daniel
Wentworth for your help on Saturday completing inventory, as well as
giving the co-op and our small herb patch some tender loving care. It
feels good to have the space ready for spring!
