1. Meal Plan Menus
Meals are served Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  All
meals come with a vegan option.  Gluten-free options indicated with an
asterisk.

*Monday - Creole Beans and Rice, Salad
*Tuesday - Greek Style Zucchini Casserole, Salad
*Wednesday - Build-Your-Own-Burrito, Salad
Thursday - Udon Noodles and Veggies in Peanut Sauce, Salad
*Friday - West African Peanut Soup, Salad


2. Bulk Ordering Party on April 16th!
Come join us for a BULK ORDERING PARTY on Wednesday, April 16th at 7 p.m.
at the co-op!  Clear Creek Co-op encourages ordering in bulk to reduce
packaging and to connect our customers more closely with our distributors.
 Also, ordering bulk is a great way to save money, if you've got the space
to store it.

If you've never placed a bulk order or if you're interested in splitting
an order with someone else, or you wonder what other great items can be
found in all those catalogs, you'll enjoy this party! You don't have to be
a member to attend the party, just an interest in learning more about bulk
ordering.  If you wish to place a bulk order, your membership fee ($5 for
6 months/$10 for a year) will simply be added to the cost of your order.


3. Now Accepting Applications for Cashier Positions!
The co-op is now accepting applications for cashier positions for the
2008-09 academic year.  Please pick up an application and return to Jon or
Janelle Flory Schrock at the co-op.  Review of applications will begin
April 25th.  For more information about the positions, please call or

Our April Sales are now posted at the co-op and include the following:
