Cooking Classes
Announcing Clear Creek Food Cooperative COOKING CLASSES! The classes will happen the First Wednesday of the month from noon to 12:45pm, at the Co-op (710 East Main Street in Richmond) and are taught by Jen Ferrell.
Here are the upcoming class topics:
- February 15th - Adding Quinoa to your Diet
- March 15th - Gluten-Free Baking
- April 19th - Making Fresh Cheese at Home
- May 17 - Creative Uses for Dried Beans
- June 21 - Cooking Grass-Fed Meat
- July 19 - Fresh Frozen Desserts
- August 16 - Summer Salads with Whole Grains
- September 7 - Harvest Time
- October 5 - Filling Vegetarian Main Dishes
- November 2 - Phyllo Appetizers for the Holidays
- December 7 - Homemade Tamales
