Cooking Classes

Announcing  Clear Creek Food Cooperative COOKING CLASSES! The classes will happen the First Wednesday of the month from noon to 12:45pm, at the Co-op (710 East Main Street in Richmond) and are taught by Jen Ferrell.

Here are the upcoming class topics:

  • February 15th - Adding Quinoa to your Diet
  • March 15th - Gluten-Free Baking
  • April 19th - Making Fresh Cheese at Home
  • May 17 - Creative Uses for Dried Beans
  • June 21 - Cooking Grass-Fed Meat
  • July 19 - Fresh Frozen Desserts
  • August 16 - Summer Salads with Whole Grains
  • September 7 - Harvest Time
  • October 5 - Filling Vegetarian Main Dishes
  • November 2 - Phyllo Appetizers for the Holidays
  • December 7 - Homemade Tamales
